 Sam has been assisting buyers and sellers for more than 19 years.  He owned Century 21 American Dream Inc. for 12 years and was part of the Century 21 system for 15 years before joining Morgan-Collins.  Sam was Realtor of the year in 2001 and 2004.  Specializing in residential sales, he is also the owner of 12 rental units and would be happy to assist you in setting an investment strategy that works for you.

Sam is a native of York and graduated in 1980 from York Suburban High School.  His wife Eva is the Online Education Dean for the Central Pennsylvania College. They have three sons, Anthony, Abram and Levi.  And are also the proud grandparents of Rosemarie and Alexandra.

Sam is a member of the Springettsbury Sertoma Club & Elks PBO213.  He has also been a coach for York Little League baseball since 1991.

Abram is a 1999 graduate of York Suburban High School.  He entered into the real estate field after his 2003 graduation from Penn State University.   His Finance Degree gives him a solid understanding of the economics of the real estate and business/financial markets.

He immediately found success and his referral business has continued to grow from those past clients who have been thrilled with his careful attention to detail.

Abram, his wife Erin (Sibol), and daughter Alexandra live in Haines Acres.  He is an avid golfer and also plays for local basketball and bowling teams.

A lifelong York native, Jim is a 1999 graduate of Dallastown High School and 2003 graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Management and Marketing.  This education provided a solid foundation to become an internet savvy Realtor.  He prides himself on staying current with all the new technology and how it affects our local market and his clients. 

Buyers and Sellers both appreciate his personable "client representation" approach to real estate and not the pushy salesman type.  This has provided a steady stream of referrals during his 5 years as a Realtor.

Jim, his wife Lindsey (Emswiler), and son Evan live in Marlborough West near Apple Hill.  He has been an avid bowler since age 2, with his parents owning Suburban Bowlerama.  He has bowled thirteen 300 games and seven 800 series.   He also spends time playing golf, basketball and softball.
