A lifelong York native, Jim is a 1999 graduate of Dallastown High School and 2003 graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Management and Marketing. This education provided a solid foundation to become an internet savvy Realtor. He prides himself on staying current with all the new technology and how it affects our local market and his clients.
Buyers and Sellers both appreciate his personable “client representation” approach to real estate and not the pushy salesman type. This has provided a steady stream of referrals since becoming a Realtor in 2005.
Jim, his wife Lindsey, son Evan, and daughter Allie live in Marlborough West near Apple Hill. He has been an avid bowler since age 2, with his parents owning Suburban Bowlerama. He has bowled fifteen 300 games, nine 800 series, and owns one PBA Regional Title. He also spends time playing golf, basketball and softball.
